We are very proud of our motel and we hope you enjoy your stay with us.

Accounts:
We accept all major credit cards & Eftpos. Please settle your account the night before if departing before 7.30am.

Air Conditioner Remote: Press Pink ON/OFF and select MODE (Auto, Cool, Heat or Fan), wait several minutes for air-con to fully operate.

Barbecue:                           
We have two BBQ’s available in the gazebo for guests use. Please clean after use. BBQ tools are available at Reception.

Breakfast:                          
Breakfast will be served to your room between 7.00am and 8.30am.  Please complete your Breakfast Order, and leave at Reception before 8.00pm the previous night. If you wish, and weather permitting, breakfast can be served in the gazebo.

Car Wash:
Please contact reception.

Checkout:                          
Checkout time is 10.00am.

Crockery & Cutlery:        
If you need extra crockery and cutlery just ask at reception.
                                            
Evening Meals:                  
Frozen Evening meals are available from the reception, to heat in your room. Please contact reception to order.

Fax and Photocopying:
A facsimile facility and photocopy machine is available for the convenience of guests.  Our fax number is (02) 6646 5777.

Fire Extinguishers:            
Fire extinguishers are located outside Room 1 (upstairs above reception) and at the
bottom of the stairs near Room 9 (ground floor rear). A smoke detector is fitted above the wardrobe in each unit.

Hair Dryers: Hair dryers are provided in each room.

Internet: Access to high-speed wireless Internet is available FREE. Contact reception for password.

Items left in room:
Perishables disposed of immediately. Clothing sent to charity after 3 months.

Keys:
On departure, please ensure keys are returned to Reception.

Laundry:
Please see Reception between 8.00am and 8.00pm

Noise:                                  
Guests are asked to keep noise to a minimum, particularly after 10.00pm. Guests experiencing a noise problem should contact reception – dial “99”

Pets:                                    
Health regulations do not permit pets in rooms. Cleaning charge $100

Reception Hours:              
Reception hours are from 7.30am to 9.30pm.  Dial 99 to contact reception.

Seafood:                             
Iluka is certainly the place for fresh seafood and please enjoy what is on offer. Could we ask however, that if you consume seafood, either in your room or at the Gazebo, please bring shells & leftovers to reception for us to freeze for bin day.

Smoking:                            
All rooms are non-smoking rooms. Smoking in rooms or doorways cleaning charge $100.

Tea & Coffee:                    
These facilities are available in rooms.

Telephone:                         
Direct dial telephones and instructions for their use are provided in every room. Please be aware that charges are set at a higher rate than for private home phones.

                                            On TV remote handset select “source”, select “DTV”, press OK, then simply key in  desired channel.
                                            
AUSTAR TV
On TV remote handset select “source”, select “AV2”, press OK.
Then on the AUSTAR Remote handset simply select desired channel.          

 

Toilets:                                
All of Iluka operates on septic systems that perform perfectly well so long as only those things intended for the system are flushed into it. Please do not flush sanitary products, nappies, cigarette butts or any other foreign objects down the toilets. Sanitary bags are located in the bathroom vanity.

Wash-up:                           
Should you cook, please wash-up dirty cutlery, crockery, pots etc. Failure to do so incurs a cleaning charge of $25.
